No, but you can buy a new fixture that does both.

It can be done by replacing the motion detector with a photocell. They’re available at hardware stores. You should, however, compare the cost and effort against just buying a new fixture.

maybe, on the bottom of the motion detector part, there might be some switches and ya it should be pretty easy to figure it out from there. hope this helps!
