Is router security realy needed if we have good security on our computers on our home network?

    Router security just prevents other people from using/stealing your wireless internet. Anti Virus and Network security doesn’t really help. I think.

    I would think so. There are at least 2 different types of security in my router. One is for wireless so other people can’t steal my internet use from my wireless router. Another type of security is the fire wall that it provides between the internet and my computer so somone on the internet cannot get into my computer and mess around with the programs on the computer or install a virus or something.
