How to Use Intelectron BC8950 Motion Detetectors?

I Just moved into a home & the outdoor lights have Intelectron BC8950 Motion Detectors but I do not have a manual and I have not been able to figure out how they work. I can’t find a manual online. Anyone know how to set these up.
