Ok, so recently we had vector home securty system installed in our home. If worked perfectly… at first, but now the system will not activate due to an open window in zone two (up stairs) however, i’ve checked all windows and they are all tightly sealed. What would be another cause of the systems malfunction?

Have you checked that the magnet on the window is linned up with the one on the side?
